Re Spectrum Community, was a small non-profit, providing autism related services to those in San Diego County which ran several behavioral, social skills, therapeutic, and recreation programs from 2010-2015, serving nearly 700 individuals that are in some way touched by autism.

Re Spectrum Community has closed; HOWEVER ReSpectrum Programs are now operating out of San Diego Center for Children’s Family Wellness Center.

The Autism Team at the Family Wellness Center, continues to provide services to:

  • Adolescents
  • Adults
  • Siblings
  • Couples
  • Parents and caregivers
  • The whole family

  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Parent support, consulting, & groups

ReSpectrum Curriculum continues to be utilized in various programs running at Family Wellness Center. Re Spectrum Curriculum was developed by Courtney Olinger, PsyD and is designed to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other similar challenges to be successful in various facets of their lives. This curriculum is helpful for individuals with:

  • autism spectrum disorders
  • behavioral concerns
  • learning challenges
  • social skills difficulties
  • developmental disabilities
  • mental health concerns such as depression and anxiety
  • … other like concerns

ReSpectrum Programs include:

    • Psycho-Therapy
    • Social Skills Training and Groups
    • Recreation Programs
    • School Consultation

ReSpectrum Curriculum for recreation programs, social skills programs and psychotherapy continue to be available to non-profit institutions and trainings/workshops can be requested.


2017 Groups

Recreation Programs and Social Skills Groups:

ABA-based soccer runs in La Mesa on Saturdays throughout the year for ages 4-10.

Spring Break and Summer Break Recess Readiness Camp (grades 1-6), Sports Camp (grades 1-6), and Play Camp (ages 4-8) are now scheduled for 2017!

Science-based Social Skills Group (ages 8-12) and Teen Social Skills Group (middle and high school) are also scheduled for 2017!!
